TuksSport learners raise the flag to welcome the Argentinean Soccer Team

TuksSport High School
the High School for learners who are serious about their sport.

TuksSport High is an Independent High School (Grades 8 - 12) situated on the Groenkloof Campus of the University of Pretoria.

We follow the National Curriculum and specialise in the following sports codes: Golf, Soccer, Swimming, Gymnastics, Tennis, Squash, cricket.

PARENTS PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
TuksSport High School follows the National Curriculum (Gauteng Department of Education).
We offer schooling from Grade 8 to Grade 12. Learners have to be accepted into a relevant Sport Academy at the hpc in order to be accepted at the School.

Hi Tuks High School. My name is Thabo Motaung,I am currently in grade 8 and I am asking for a cricket bursary from Tuks. I humbly ask for a space in grade 9 next year(2014) from Tuks because I have many achievements under my belt for cricket as I want an opportunity to have a good school in both academics and sport. I also do athletics,soccer but my strength is in cricket and I play very good. My achievements are playing for northerns cricket under 13 provincial team on 2012(last year) and 2011(the year before). I am trying to find out when is your closing date since your application forms says 31 October 2013.you did not upload the new form and how will we know if we have passed the deadlines and how soon do you respond with acceptence and being declined since you do not have a closing date and your application forms donot show any numbers that i am the applicant number so and so please assits me i am a an aunt to the child [parent] i want to apply and why are the fees not shown for previous years i belive it is unfair when you get accepeted you get a surprise of fees.

TuksSport High School follows the National Curriculum (Gauteng Department of Education).
We offer schooling from Grade 8 to Grade 12. Learners have to be accepted into a relevant Sport Academy at the hpc in order to be accepted at the School.

I am based in Zimbabwe, have heard about your prestigious school. l would want my son to join your school he is doing ordinary level ( which l think is around Grade 10) and is a good cricket player and would like him to pursue a career in his sport whilst he also gets an academic qualification.

Thank you for the interest shown in the school. I truly believe that we fulfil a need for talented youngsters who wish to excel at academics too.

If you are interested in applying to the school - unfortunately only from Grade 8 - 12 - you can apply online (hpc.co.za - Academies - registration) The necessary information will be sent to you as all learners have to undergo an assessment process.

If your son is still too young to join the school, he can join the Tuks Football Club to start the route to the school. The coaches offer excellent coaching and that way he will already be in the system.

Greetings, my son is 7 years and will be doing grade 2 next year and I heard about your school when I saw one of your former students on one of the sports channels on supersport, Mr Sekotlong. I would love my kid to one day join your school but what can I star doing to prepare him to be accepted. He is currently playing for under 7 at a local club, Kempton Park football club. I will sound biased as his dad but I think there is potential there, both academicaly and footballwise. i would love for him to continue both and I think there is no better place than the Tuks sport High school. i know that not all who join the school might be superstars but at least the academic background will be sound.I would appreciate if I can get a response via my e-mail....tebzat@vodamail.co.za
