About The Coaching Community
Our work is to help people to succeed in their endeavours by evoking their excellence - and
for organisations to succeed through people.
We help organisations learn to change by helping leaders learn to learn and therefore learn
to change.
Coaching and Mentoring underpin all our interventions- be it change management,
Leadership development or community development programmes.
Our business
While coaching is our core product, we are mainly a talent company with focus on simple
Talent solutions focusing on Coaching, Talent management & Development for big and
small organisations in South Africa and on the continent.
Our beliefs
o We believe organisations succeed because people succeed. Individuals make up the
organisation – the culture, the values of people make organisations what they are.
o We believe people are well-adjusted individuals. They may need some support in
coping with new or anxiety provoking situations while on their path to being longterm
excellent performing individuals.
o We believe that everyone needs coaching at one time or another and that this
doesn’t mean they are weak, but that they are tapping on a tool that will move them
from being just good to being great.
o We also believe all people are different and as a result we do not approach
individuals the same. We may have standard processes when we are doing our
business but the individual will always shape the outcomes of the process.
o We believe coaching is a key component to any talent management and
development value chain
Our Vision
Our vision is therefore to be a key partner in the development of higher performing
individuals within South African organisations, big or small.
What we do
As a community of coaches, we have a variety of competence to support any organisation,
be it in transition or on a path to greatness. Through our network, we have access to global
practices and for multi-national organisations, are able to bring the expertise on
implementing effective and efficient coaching frameworks in large organisations.
