My client is a privately owned company in Saudi Arabia. It is one of the leading oil field chemicals supplying companies. It produces the highest quality of specialty chemicals that meet the needs of its customers’ oil field chemical requirements. The company has its own blending facilities with an area of 7,000 square meters. The plant is producing all types of oil field chemicals used in oil & gas production, refinery, drilling well, etc, with the capacity of 55,000 drums per year by general shift. The company is involved in manufacturing, sales, R&D in the oilfield chemicals, and it has specialized experts in the development and deployment of chemicals for the treatment of oil field such as corrosion inhibitors, biocides, oxygen scavenger, de-emulsifier and specialty drilling fluids.

My client is looking for international companies that can license the technology and preferably join the company as a JV partner, for supplying such specialty chemicals for oil-refining companies here in Saudi Arabia, like ARAMCO.

The contract terms between my client and the foreign licensed company will be discussed, negotiated, and agreed upon, first, before we submit a joint proposal to oil-refining companies in Saudi Arabia.
