1. The duration of this contract is for 2 semesters in Deportment and Model Training
2. The total course fee is R1200.00 and is payable with 6 Pd cheques f R200 p/m
3. If a model student is absent he/she will remain responsible for the class fees.
4. SW Models does not guarantee work to any model/student/characters
5. The undersigned remains responsible for the full payment of this contract regardless if the student completes the course
6. Fees on bounced/reversed cheques will be charged @R85.00 administration cost ,and bank cost on late payments a fee of R100.00 p/m will be charged
7. I have seen the roster and accept training and training dates.
