Signing of a CPA Lease Agreement with the tenant
Managing the lease administration
Liaise with body corporate or managing agents
Handle all correspondence between the owner and the tenant
Invoice tenants monthly for rental & utilities
Send a detailed statement to the owner on a monthly basis
Collect monthly rental from the tenant
Contact with defaulting tenants until payment or a payment arrangement has been made
Feedback to the owner in the case of a defaulting tenant
Payment of water & electricity on the owner’s behalf
Payment of authorised maintenance or repair expenses on the owner's behalf
Payment of levies on the owner’s behalf
Full administration of repairs and maintenance
Assistance and advice with regards to Legal Processes and Evictions (if necessary)
