Hello, I am applying for a job with an international organisation in Pretoria for a management position. They what to know what my salary expectations are...can you help me with salary averages in the international community?

I have been reading about the low cost of living...but can see nothing about professional salaries.

Hi J,

All the best with your application. Depending on the level of management the position is, you should really be able to live comfortably.

However I cant give good advise as international organisations offer different salary rates. I dont want to mislead you to either losing the job or worse getting it at a lower salary than you deserve. Most companies give salaries based on the qualifications and experience. There is hardly a common rate for similar positions.

Having said that, J, I can give you advice on the various costs. I can answer specific questions like cost of rental in specific areas and for specific size of property.
