Hi Robin

My guess would be StatsSA. I remember getting a good population split by language from them. I think the split per suburb may be an estimation from the households per suburb, etc.

Try StatsSA. I hope that helps. City of Tshwane may also have an idea. Not accurate but a good estimation.
