Pilates is a method of body training that requires mental and physical control of the muscles which over time, improves one's skeletal alignment ,body shape , general health an well-being.
It allows you to develop your entire muscular system from the major groups : abdomen, thighs, calves, buttocks, arms, hands and feet. Absolutely everyone can benefit from Pilates! I'm offering 8 private Pilates sessions for an unbeatable and yes, unbelievable R1000! (Pta only) Normal rate : R160 per session. R140 per session (twice weekly) R120 per session(thrice weekly) (Pta & Midrand area only).
