Greetings from Sikkim.
We are offering a land on long term lease situated on the 31 A National Highway, at Zero Point, Gangtok in the State of Sikkim, INDIA. We would be interested to meet any investors / builders who would be interested in constructing their own hotel at the above mentioned place/land.
