Bronx a GSD Dog

Bronx is a 2 year old GSD. He has a loving temperament. He is my protector and friend. He travels with me everywhere, and loves coming to the office. He is a very good front seat passenger, and does not complain or back-chat the driver.

Because he is pitch black, he comes across as a real intimidating and aggressive dog, when in actual fact he is just observant, and very aware of his surroundings.

He goes to doggy school and is a quick learner, earning himself 2 trophies for obedience since he started 8 months ago.

Like all South Africans, I'll bet he's a great guy but you wouldn't want to get on his bad side! You can see comassion in his beautiful deep eyes and his black coat gives him a very distinctive appearance.

My Mom was born in his namesake town, Bronx New York. It is the toughest part of a very tough city, yet it holds for New Yorkers a very special place in their hearts because it had the great Yankee stadium where legends like Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio and Ty Cobb once played. Again, like South Africa, kind but tenacious and very strong indeed.

I wish Bronx the very best in this competition. He's not only beautiful, but he has saved your life. Beautiful dog!

Now for a dog joke:
A man had a dog he claimed could talk. He set up a special performance for his talking dog at Carnegie Hall. The place was packed as the curtain raised.
The man asked the dog, "What is on top of your house?"
The dog barked, "Roof!" and the audience groaned
"How does sandpaper feel?"
"Ruff!" more groaning
"Who is the greatest ballplayer of all time?"
"Ruth!" the audience at this point walked out.
Once everyone walked out, the dog blinked back tears and looked at his trainer ans said, "How am I supposed to know they're DiMaggio fans?"
