The Nun's Romantic Story is set in a 'Third World Country' influenced by events in Lesotho when a state of emergency was declared in 1970. It is a tragedy about a num who lost her parents and a brother in a senseless political row.

Umshado, a new musical theatre gem, relates the life and love of a Motswana brave boy who leaves his village of Moruleng to seek employment as a bricklayer in the city of Pretoria, staying in a hostel at Dennilboom (Mamelodi). He fall in love with a Zulu maiden and marries her in a traditional ceremony.
