“Awesome” Events and Photography is made up of myself, Melanie Reddy (Photographer), assisted by my husband Theo (Videographer).

Photography has always being a passion for me from a very young age and that’s what I believe is important in making your photos come alive.
Our relaxed and friendly nature is what sets us apart. We are inspired by the beauty that surrounds us and capturing that beauty is our dream.

From Special Occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, to corporate functions and family portraits, we put our heart into capturing your memories!

Awesome specializes in Traditional Wedding and most of my packages are tailor made to suit any wedding.

Your wedding is a very special day in your life. It is such a joyous occasion overflowing with emotions and excitement and all happening at a frantic pace. That is why I would love to be your Wedding Photographer. I consider it a privileged to be part of such a huge day and love photographing the events and emotions and all the unexpected little things as they happen. Don't use this lady....they just rob you

This Melanie and her husband, take your money and do not give you what you ordered for. Check hellopeter for the many complaints from myself and others of their breach of contract, lies, rudeness etc. They still owe me R1750 for an album i ordered months ago. The avoid your calls/emails. They eventually changed their phone numbers.

ANYONE THINKING OF USING THEM.....FOR YOUR OWN GOOD PLEASE DO NOT.

This is a husband and wife team and their details are as follows –

2. Mageshweri Reddy (ID Number xxxxxxxxxxxxx)

They trade under various company names and the 2 that I am aware of is

Mageshweri uses the names names Mel, Kim and Shereen. These are the names that I am aware of. There are many unhappy people that have been scammed and conned by these people.

I am in contact with the unhappy people that have been scammed with me and will gladly provide you with information (with their permission of course).

This woman is a con artist she scams ppl for a living. She takes payment from you and then Disappears.prior to the wedding she said we can make the concluding payment after the job was done She had explain to my hubby n I that we will get a pre wedding shoot and on the day she said she missed her flight and could not make it and we can do an after wedding shoot then 2 days b4 the wedding she sends nasty msgs stating that we did not conclude payment and that she will not do our wedding then she said will leave her team to do it. We made arrangements to pay her and she asked for R1000 extra 4 breach of contract. We paid only 4 her to sub contract 2 other ppl to do the job and gave them the wrong times ect. Through out the wedding weekend we couldn't get a hold of her and to date have not spoken to her. Thank god 4 us we took down the other ppls details and had to pay them to get our memories.

I did a full wedding fro them paid them upfront in cash. I still did not receive my wedding video. These people just steal your money and your precious memories. Don't be fooled by their sweet personality. if anyone has their contact details please send it to me. I am trying g to get ahold of them since 2012 for m wedding video.

I booked a photo session with her awhile ago. She also took my money but never pitched for the shoot. I have been trying for over a year to get my money back. The comsumer goods ombuts people cant get a hold of her as she changed her number and email.

This woman ruined my legal career. She stole money from our plt school in Auckland Park and then leaked assessment papers to put the Blame on the students. We were lured into a trap! Unfortunately we all fell under her evil spell and walked into her fraud.

Paid them and never had the shoot or got my money back. Every time its some sort of excuse that she cant pay you back or do the shoot. Its been years later and she never even bothered to make it right. Criminals!
